Research On Assement Of Core Competitiveness Of Shanxi Coal Enterprises

The core competitiveness evolves with each passing day.As the important part of the enterprise development,it palys an important part in highing up the economic efficiency of enterprises and realizing sustainable development.It is the significant leading power to promote the further development of the enterprises.Now more and more enterprises are paying special attention to the ascension of the core competitive power,so as to promote their own development.Meanwhile,combining the characteristics of being rich in coal resources of Shanxi,I think that it is significant to research the core competitive ability of Shanxi coal enterprises.Based on the analysis of the model of the core competitive ability of Shanxi coal enterprises,this paper will give in-depth analysis with specific cases and put forward measures.Core competitive ability assement is an process to give objective analysis and judgment to an specific enterprise.This process is based on a comparatively perfect measures,the adoption of appropriate measurement and the reasonable measure principle.Based on the domestic and foreign research on enterprise core competitive ability, combining the characteristics of being rich in coal resources of Shanxi, using normative research and empirical research,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,this paper constructs the Index system of the core competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises and the measure model,and analizes the core competitiveness of DuanWang Coal enterprise,and put forward measures to help the enterprise realize the further goals of sustainable development.In content,first of all,this paper reviewed the domestic and foreign research on core competitiveness,summarized the connotation of the theory of the enterprise core competitiveness,the factors of the enterprise core competitiveness,the evaluation method of the enterprise core competitiveness and the evaluation system of the enterprise core.All these laid a theoretical foundation for this paper.Second,this paper analized the current situation of the development of Shanxi coal enterprises from such aspects:the characteristics of Shanxi coal energy,the production in coal mines of Shanxi province in recent years,the quantity of Shanxi coal,the mortality rates per million tons of Shanxi coal production and the management innovation of Shanxi coal enterprises.Meanwhile,combining the special characteristics of the coal enterprises,this paper summarized the connotation of the core competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises and analyzed the factors of the core competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises.Thirdly, this paper expounded the principles of designing Index and the Index selection and specific connotation. The principles of designing Index system conclude the scientific,the dynamic practical,the comparability and the operability.According to these principles,combining with earlier theoretical basis,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of the core competitive ability of Shanxi coal enterprises.In this paper, the evaluation index system of the core competitive ability of Shanxi coal enterprises is divided into two levels:4primary indexes,25secondary indexes, Then,this paper analized the concept of the assement of core competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises,the significance of the assement of core competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises,the measurement criteria of the assement of core competitiveness of Shanxi coal enterprises and the stages division of the level of the core competitive ability of Shanxi coal enterprises.All these provided basis for the further analisis.And then,this paper determined the weighing values of the Index using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and constructed the measure model of the core competitive ability of Shanxi coal enterprises.In the end,taking DuanWang Coal enterprise for an example,this paper analized the model specifically,and put forward measures for the further sustainable development of DuanWang Coal enterprise.
