The Study On The Food Safety Management Problems And Countermeasures In Processing Enterprises

With the development of society and economy, people’s living standards are improving, and theneeds of the food are changing from the food and clothing gradually to safety and healthy. But in recentyears, repeatedly occurring food safety affairs make food security become an attention focus. So it isvery important to improve the food regulatory system at all levels of governments and improve the foodsafety management of food processing enterprises.The theme of this thesis is: by comparison and analysis of the food safety status and the Chineseand foreign typical food safety incident, and combined with its actual work, the paper puts forwardcountermeasures and suggestions to food safety management of food processing enterprises in China.On this theme, this paper takes a theoretical study, and a combination of empirical analysis and researchwriting. The structure is as follows:First of all, on the basis of extensive reading literature, the paper defined the role and behavior ofthe concept of food safety and food safety in the government and enterprises, explicitly the studydirection. In the second part, the paper analyses the current food safety situation, through thecomparative analysis of domestic and international food safety events. In the third part, we analyze theproblems and causes of food safety management of food processing enterprises, Huadu Group, forexample, about the food management practices of food processing enterprises. Finally, based on the fullresearch and investigations, the paper suggests to strengthen the food safety management of foodprocessing enterprises in China.The Useful discussions of the paper are: Firstly, through the analysis of the system, the paperprovide theoretical direction and can learn from actual cases for the Chinese food companies, especiallylarge and medium-sized food companies food safety management system.
