On The Countermeasures For E-business Development Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Yunnan Province

In Yunnan Province, the application of E-business in small and medium-sized enterprises is still in the exploratory stage. Because many small and medium-sized enterprises are far away from market centers, and lack of good transport infrastructure and information system, they are confronted with numerous problems like policy, technology, and management and so on. Therefore, it is urgent to explore suitable modes of development and to create a good environment for E-business development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan.Based on an investigation of the application of E-business in some small and medium-sized enterprises, the main task of the study is to analyze the exterior obstacles and interior problems in E-business development, so as to explore development project and modes for the small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan Province.The study surveys the development situation of E-business over the world, especially in the developed countries or regions. By data analysis, the study demonstrates the development situations and trends of E-business in China, coastal areas of China and in underdeveloped areas of southwest China. On this basis, the study lays its emphasis on the development of E-business in small and medium-sized enterprises of Yunnan Province and tries to put forward some countermeasures from the perspectives of policy, technology and management.However, E-business of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan is still in the exploratory stage. It is restricted by the problems like backward economic development, low educational level, improper consumption conception of consumers, unbalanced development among the industries and professions, security hidden danger of Internet, and high cost of E-business. All of the problems need to be solved from the perspectives of policy, technology and management.On the basis of a survey of the development situation of E-business of Yunnan and an analysis of the problems confronted by the small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper aims to put forward some practical countermeasures and to provide a scientific basis for E-business development from the perspectives of organization framework, policy and financial support, academic research, and talents preservation, so as to accelerate E-business development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Yunnan Province.
