The Research On Benefits Between The Agricultural Modernization And Income Of Peasant Family Business In Chongqing Three-Gorges Reservoir Area

The problems of agriculture,rural,farmers have always been the basic problem of Chinese revolution,construction and reform.From "Sixteen" to "Eighteen" the spirit of the central government has always stressed that the solution of the issue of agriculture, rural areas, farmers as the priority among priorities. The income of the farmers are the core of the "three agricultural" problems. The Three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing is located in the central and western regions of China, are not only an important part of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt, and the key link and the downstream area. But the Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir area due to the weak agriculture, agricultural production conditions, the production efficiency are not high, the income gap between urban and rural residents gradually expanded, the per capita net income of farmer problem level low, slow growth still exist. At the same time, to the end of2009, Chongqing has completed the Three Gorges resettlement task, since2010ten years, the Three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing will enter in order to promote the prosperity and stability of migrants for the main task of the follow-up period. To solve the Three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing "three rural issues", promote the farmers income, related to the countries of the western development of the expected goals, but also related to the implementation of the resettlement of the Three Gorges project follow-up work.Taking Fuling district as an example in this paper.Based on the data of agricultural modernization and the family business income from1992to2011in Fuling district, I study on the Features of family income and analyzed to find main factors which affect the family business income.Then find ways to improve the family business income.To provide the basis for promoting peasant income in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir area. The main conclusions are as follows:1.In the long term, Fuling District of the family business income had strong growth trend, historical different time stage, the family business income showing different volatility, even stagnation. From the structural analysis, household net income still occupy an important position in the income of the farmers, but many factors restrict the family business income growth.2.The Three-Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing has frequent occurrence of natural disasters, land reserve resources shortage, low quality of agricultural workers, agricultural science and technology investment is not enough etc.3.Through empirical analysis can be drawn along the road to agricultural modernization of "Large-scale production,personnel training,water conservancy,Science and technology investment", can effectively increase the income of farmers’ family management.4.The scale of production is concentrated, the construction of small irrigation facilities, the construction of talent team of rural agriculture, development of small mechanical equipment, optimization of agricultural subsidy policy, expand scientific and technological input ratio.
