Research On The Relationship Between Rural Human Capital And Rural Economic Growth In Shanxi Province

In recent years,China's economic development continues to grow steadily,but the "three rural" issues have been tired for managers.The farmers' economic income is low,the rural economic growth is slow,the level of agricultural development and the level of economic development are dislocation,these are the problems need to be solved under the "three rural" policy.In order to realize the balanced development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the output value of agriculture,it is necessary to reform and guarantee the agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Looking at the current situation of the development of rural areas,the low level of science and technology,the low quality of farmers,which hinder the development of China's rural economy and improve the living standards of farmers.To solve this problem,we must pay attention to the overall improvement of the quality of rural labor force,in order to promote the rural economy,to provide a strong guarantee for the construction of a new socialist countryside.On the basis of existing research,this paper takes Shanxi Province as an example,to study the relationship between the rural human capital and rural economic growth,this paper is divided into six parts,the introduction of the research background,significance,content and purpose and innovation are analyzed in detail;the second chapter research status of domestic the analysis,mainly from the human capital theory about the situation;the third chapter of the Shanxi province rural human capital through the analysis of the status of the medical level stage for rural areas in Shanxi province is not optimistic,the rural occupation education level and per capita education levels are relatively low,and the GDP and the per capita net income than the city there is a large gap,taking this as the background,the fourth chapter of the study on the relationship between human capital and economic growth in rural areas,the establishment of the Douglas model,selecting means Finally,according to the average number of years of education,the longer the data that rural per capita expenditure on health care in rural middle school students,more occupation number,the rural economic growth will be faster;and the key factors affecting the construction of rural basic education funds investment,teacher system,medical security,land transfer and registration system;through the above analysis,the sixth chapter countermeasures guidance on problems.First of all,we should increase investment in rural education,followed by the development of rural medical security,third to improve the transfer of rural surplus labor force,and finally the human capital structure and the organic combination of industrial institutions.Hope that through this study,to strengthen the rural human capital in Shanxi Province,in order to promote the growth of rural economy in Shanxi province.
