In recent years, our country enterprise continuous introduction of advanced westernmanagement philosophy, management level of enterprises has been greatly improved, theenterprise organizational model has greatly improved compared to the past, the increasingnumber of enterprises come to adopt the organization mode in the learning type. Learningtype organization with its inherent advantages, such as flat hierarchical structure, commonlearning atmosphere, family and career balance, independent management mode, theseadvantages brought inexhaustible source for the development of enterprises., There is notenough learning type organization performance evaluation research even the learningorganization has been studied thoroughly. In this paper, with the method of combining theorywith practice, Tiangen Biotech Lo.td which has typical learning organization model wastaken into investigate to focuses on the following aspects: firstly, the research methods andideas, and related domestic and foreign literatures in terms of theory was introduced, whichtamp the foundation for basic frame setting up of the whole essay. This is followed by anoverview of the learning organization and performance evaluation of relevant theory, it ismore concerned about the concept of the learning organization and performance evaluation,as well as the analysis of the performance evaluation between the learning type organizationand the traditional organization which set up the theory basis for the further step clarificationof the essay. Then, with the analysis of the current situation of performance evaluation andthe existed problems in Tiangen Biotech Lo.td, along with the help of some performancemanagement method practiced in the learning type organization, so as to find out thePADS(Personal Assessment and Development System), which was proved scientifically andsystematically. The founding process of the performance evaluation in Tiangen Biotech Lo.td,was systematically described in the essay as well as the framework of this system wasdetailed introduced. Meanwhile, the key point, such as the design of the companyperformance target, competence evaluation mode and the foundation of evaluation index alsoclarified in the essay. At the conclusion, the essay forecast the development of theorganization performance evaluation in the learning type.
