| Urban land is the material carrier of city existence and development, at present our country is in the stage of rapid urbanization, which will inevitably lead to the expansion of urban land, along with the formal expansion of urban land, the changes of urban land use efficiency is also of concern. Reasonable control of urban land expansion scale, raising the city’s land use efficiency is the correct path of the development of China’s urbanization. It is necessary to research the expansion of urban land and the changes of urban land use efficiency so as to promote the rational use of urban land.This paper mainly researched urban land use status of Changsha City in recent years. First is multi-angle description of Changsha City urban land expansion from2000to2010,including time characteristics, structural characteristics, spatial characteristics, and efficiency characteristics, and the driving force factors for general analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis.The second is a longitudinal evaluation of land use efficiency of Changsha City from2000to2010and a horizontal comparison of urban land use efficiency of11representative cities of China in2010with the C2R model of data envelopment analysis. Based on this, Changsha Urban rational utilization countermeasure proposals were put forward.Through the above research, the results show that the urban land use in Changsha City is benign developed. Changsha urban land expands quickly after2006, it’s internal structure present rationalization trend, and it extended of the group type and land use efficiency is valued;economic growth, concentration of population, fixed assets investment, and many other factors promot the urban expansion; urban land use economic efficiency overall rising, but there are gaps compared with domestic developed cities and a large room for improvement.Therefore it needs to reasonably control expansion of city scale, further improve the economic efficiency of land utilization. |
