Analysis On Evaluation Of The Coordination Between Economic Benefit And Environmental Quality Of Land-use In Changsha City

As a construction of comprehensive reform experimental area of the two types of society, the balance between economic efficiency and environmental quality are very important in Changsha to land use. It will provide guidance for the country's land-use and it is directly related to whether the reform experiments will be the success or not. Therefore, how to analyze the economic efficiency of land use in Changsha City and the environmental quality of coordination correctly is of great significance for our country.Based on the analysis of urban land use in Changsha, the paper analyses the economic development and environmental quality of Changsha city over the past 10 years and the characteristics which reflect the index evaluation system are constructed. Then ten years coordination degree are analysed and the sustainable land use strategies and suggestions are made.The first chapter and second chapter were about the theoretical analysis:In first chapter, it discussed background and significance of the evaluation of land use benefits, and expounded the current research status in China and foreign countries. Meanwhile, it proposed the main research contents and methods. The second chapter of the article involves an overview of some of the major concepts and defines the relevant set of basic theories.In the third chapter, the land-use conditions of Changsha City were analyzed. First, the basic situations of Changsha were introduced through four areas such as natural geographical features, social and economic conditions, location and transportation, spatial development advantages. Secondly, the status of land use of Changsha was analysed, including land area, land use structure and so on. Then, the current situation of economic and environmental quality in Changsha was analysed. It described the economic benefits through the total GDP, real GDP and the economic conditions of industry. The industrial waste, industrial dust, public green coverage of urban gardens and the proportion of green area are used to describe the quality of the environment. In the fourth chapter, it is a part of case studies section. According to the point of view of system theory, the coupling of land use was evaluated by building a comprehensive and rational evaluation index system in Changsha from 1999 to 2008. Aside from the lack of coordination in 1999, the other 9 years were in a state of coordination and less coordination. As urban pollution comes mainly from industry, the coupling of industrial land use was re-evaluated and the results showed its ten years were in a state of coordination and less coordination.In the fifth chapter, it summed up the conclusions and make recommendations through the experience of earlier studies, which included the promotion of intensive land use and reduced the environmental impact on land use and population control and so on.In the last chapter,the article put the conclusion and outlook.
