Since the reform and opening up, the party and the government were firmly determined to solve the "three rural" issue. The spirit of the Third Plenary Session and the continuous nine central document No.1regarded the "three rural" issue as a focus. It pointed that they will taking all kinds of support policies to encourage the migrant farmers who will be the leaders of modern agricultural construction to bring bake with the technology and the money to develop their home business. Efforts of farmers’ employment and entrepreneurship, the promotion of policies to encourage entrepreneurship to create employment, migrant workers, the policies including farmers returned to the venture into the scope of policy support to give grants and loans which support the "eligible rural youth in agriculture entrepreneurs and migrant workers returning home venture. In this case, the farmer’s entrepreneurship education issues became more and more important to attract worldwide concern.(Farmers entrepreneurship education will be attracted more attention)However, in Chinese rural areas, especially in the majority of poverty-stricken areas, the progress of farmers’entrepreneurial education was very slowly.This article is a case study in12poor national counties in West of Hunan, Farmers entrepreneurship education conducted an in-depth investigation and evidence collection, learn more about farmers’enterprise education in a number of substantive issues) based on the experiences of Huaihua vocational and Technical College in the past five·years, farmers’ entrepreneurship education issues were investigated and the evidence were collected, found a lot of problems, including farmers ’entrepreneurship education thinking, awareness, environmental issues of farmers’ entrepreneurship education, farmers ’entrepreneurship education institutions, farmers’ entrepreneurship education content, methods, methods, and so on. Therefore, in order to be able to solve those problems, we tackled the problems, a detailed analysis of the study to arrive at the corresponding specific measures to solve the problem, summed up the great efforts to develop farmers ’entrepreneurship education in poor areas of countermeasures, in order to gradually improve and enhance the education level of farmers’ entrepreneurial.
