The Research On Land Use Zoning In Chang-Zhu-Tan Relative Regional

With the rapid development of social economy, the utilization of land resource in the relative regions of urban agglomeration has become one of the hottest, most sensitive and most acute problems. As the important components of the urban spatial structure, the relative regions of urban agglomeration have become the important areas of the urban expansion, and as they contain large areas of rural hinterlands, to some extent, they also have become the leading areas in the urbanization of countryside. Thus, the reasonable utilization of the land resource in relative regions and the realization of restructuring and replacement of the land’s utilization structure and layout are of great significance in promoting the rapid development of social economy.This paper initiatively puts forward a new conception that is the relative regions of urban agglomeration, and takes the relative regions of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city as the research objects. This paper calculated the11townships belong to the spatial distribution and scope of the relative regions of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city with the statistical datas of each village and town in2010and through calculation of the economic relation intensity with the gravitation formula. Through the analysis of relevant social and economic situations and land utilization situations in the townships of the relative regions of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city in2010, and through the researches and discussions of the future land’s utilization structure and layout of the relative regions of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city by applying for the clustering analytic hierarchy process, this paper puts forward strategic choice of land utilization for the future development of these regions--under the premise of overall consideration, divide the relative regions of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city into three categories measured by space. The first category is the key area of economic construction dominated by the primary and the secondary industry, the second category is the key area of ecological environment dominated by the primary and the tertiary industry, and the third category is the key area of satellite towns’comprehensive development. Finally, after the determination of connotation and land utilization’s direction for the relative regions of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city,this paper further enhances the special status the relative areas,also the particular positions, occupy in the process of urbanization;and provides the overall development thought and development mode of the relative regions of urban agglomeration for future cites’planners, and also provides proposals and references for the problems appeared in the development process of our country’s Urban-rural Integration,and examples for the road choices in the urban agglomeration’s space layout.
