Corporate culture refers to the culture and values accumulated from the long-term process of production, operation and development. As the soul of the corporation, corporate culture is an inexhaustible motive force as to promote the corporation development. It has been a long time about the culture impact research on the strategy. On the one hand, the corporate culture and corporate strategy restrict each other; one the other hand, they could complement each other to promote common development. Therefore, exploring the impact of corporate culture on strategy implementation, seeking the most matched relationship between corporate culture and strategy implementation and developing the active guiding role of the corporate culture to its maximum level is of great significance as to promote a modern corporate culture and improve the efficiency of strategic management.By discussing the definition and measurement of corporate culture and strategy implementation in domestic and foreign academic circles, this paper sets up research framework for the corporate culture impact on strategy implementation with the combination of relevant theories and characteristics of local culture. In the form of questionnaire survey, the author takes some employees of different organizations as the object and analyzes the feedback data, finding that different corporate culture characteristics will have different effects on the strategy implementation. The conclusions are as follows:(1) The characteristic of "flexibility" in corporate culture has a negative correlation with barriers of strategy implementation and a positive correlation with performance of strategy implementation. In other words, the more flexible corporate culture is, the less intensive barriers will be in the corporate strategy implementation and the better implementation effects corporation will gain.(2) The characteristic of "stability" in corporate culture has a positive correlation with barriers of strategy implementation and a negative correlation with performance of strategy implementation. In other words, the more stable corporate culture is, the more intensive barriers will be in the corporate strategy implementation and the worse implementation effects corporation will gain.(3) The characteristic of "externalization" in corporate culture has a negative correlation with barriers of strategy implementation and a positive correlation with performance of strategy implementation. In other words, the more externalized corporate culture is, the less intensive barriers will be in the corporate strategy implementation and the better implementation effects corporation will gain.(4) The characteristic of "internalization" in corporate culture has a positive correlation with barriers of strategy implementation and a negative correlation with performance of strategy implementation. In other words, the more internalized corporate culture is, the more intensive barriers will be in the corporate strategy implementation and the worse implementation effects corporation will gain. Finally, conclusions are deduced by the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis. Some related proposals are put forward to the targeted questions of how to properly handle the relationship between corporate culture and strategy implementation, of how to promote the match of corporate culture and strategy implementation and of how to play an active role of culture on the implementation of the strategy. Afterwards, the author lists some limitations of this paper and makes some expectations upon the content and direction of the follow-up studies.
