Thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s economy develop rapidly. Enterprises inthe social economic activities play a positive role and the negative effects grow with eachpassing day in domestic society at the same time. The people appeal enterprises to assumesocial responsibility is keeping rising. But we advocate corporate social responsibility focuson corporate environmental responsibility, CSR, consumer responsibility and so on. When wetalk about the responsibility of enterprises to employees, the focus is usually on the legal andeconomic responsibility. The responsibility of helping the employees’ growth continual andassuming ethical responsibility for employees are less attention.As the large state-owned enterprises in GZ, the JC Company has bear legal responsibilityand economic responsibility for its employees, but this is only the most basic obligation foremployees. From the higher level of the enterprise to the employees’ responsibilities, the JCcompany does not pay attention to human resources development, enhance staff skills,responsibility for the employees even lack of the system in the company and fail to performon the staff of the social responsibility better.This article is in this background, will use the responsibility of enterprise to employees’theory, through to analyzing the state-owned enterprise__JC company’s development presentsituation, staff, human resource management system as well as the responsibility of enterpriseto employees about the economic law responsibility.From the external environment andinternal management, it will point out the problem of undertaking employee’s in JC companyand put forward the establishment of JC company employee occupation career managementsystem and other measures, make the enterprise to fulfill the responsibility to help employeesdeveloping and growing. Through these countermeasures to help the employees developingand growing continuously, so as to make the Enterprises to better undertake the enterprise tothe employees’ responsibilities.
