In the global economic development, information technology and network developedrapidly, the existing geographical barriers disappeared with each passing day, which makes theconnections of enterprises in this world more convenient. This trend brings more new businessopportunities, however there are more new competitors were involved, whether in mature orrising marketing region, enterprises are both facing the brutal competition.Under the challenges of product homogeneity, declining profit margins and increasedconsumer demand, the old model of China’s foreign trade printing companies,“production isthe most important, service is less important”is no longer suitable. In today’s world, thematerial cost has little difference between each enterprises, mostly the competition amongenterprises is operating costs, competition focus changed from pure product cost and quality toa service business model. Only through better development of technology and managementinnovation, reflecting differentiation in characteristics to create profits and locking thecustomer, enterprises can come to the fore in the new round of competition.In today’s society, many people will be involved during the process of make a thing. Manycompanies operated in their own mode in many places. The so-called mode of operationincludes process and management mechanism. These things are invisible for consumers interms of the product, it is a hidden factor, but its decisive affect the product quality,functionality and value produced. Manufacturing in the past mainly focused on the tangibleproduct design, manufacturing process, quality management, but to the soft elements ofresource management, service-oriented, human culture and process innovation, there is fewattention focused. In today’s knowledge-competition-based time these factors are moreimportant. The "flexible manufacturing", is attractive services and solutions to increase theadded value of products and to create a competitive advantage with differentiation.This essay attempts to provide some open and comprehensive ideas of the foreign tradeprinting enterprise soft transformation based on "customer oriented" and "green-oriented", inorder to enhance the operational capability openly and comprehensively. It is based on thecomprehensive analysis of the current market and technology status of the L foreign tradeprinting company, and the analysis of the customer procurement strategy change. To improvecompetitiveness of the foreign trade printing company’s capacity by enhancing their ability inbusiness process innovation and the operation cost control. This essay can also providereference for transposition of the overseas trading company in China procurement of print, tolook at their previous strategy from a different view of angle.
