The Research About Solar Photovoltaic Grid-connected Demonstration Projects Operation Mode Based On Energy Performance Contracting

Nowadays, economics crisis, energy crisis and environmental crisis has become the threemain obstacles to development and progress of our society. So how to change the mode ofeconomic growth and rational development and utilization of new energy, protect theenvironment we are living obtain people’s attention and discussion. In this paper, a new point ofeconomy growth pattern, development and utilization of new energy and environmental protection areorganically combined together. Starting from the solar photovoltaic application status and study blank of thesolar photovoltaic grid-connected demonstration projects operation mode，on the basis of the advantages andexperience of electric power company carrying out the Energy Performance Contracting in China, and underthe comparative study of the current solar PV power plant projects’ operation mode at home and abroad, Iwithdraw a type of solar photovoltaic grid-connected demonstration projects based on energy performancecontracting From the perspective of organizational structure, and will discuss the feasibility of the operationmode combining with qualitative and quantitative analysis method in details. At the same time, I will describethe operation mode using analytic hierarchy process from the perspective of project risk management.I hope that the new operation mode could change the status of many solar photovoltaicgrid connect station remain in demonstration projects, which lacking of competition andinnovation, only could meet the owners’ consumption. And I hope that with this study about theemerging pattern of economic growth, it can alleviate the fears and doubts of the feasibility andrisk management of the new energy market-oriented operation mode, and promote thedevelopment of solar photovoltaic power in China.
