Based on full analysis of the multi-project management theory, organizational structure theory, and corporate organizational structure, the existed problems are identified, explained and finally solved.By determining the principles of organizational structure optimized design and analyzing the factors that affect the organizational structure optimization design, the study use matrix design method to design a status that appropriates organizational structure of the enterprise project development. The most prominent feature of this paper lies in showing the various departments in the form of a departmental job descriptions and responsibilities. And describes the relationship between the various departments with the form of a "supply chain" relationship vividly, thus making the entire organizational structure of enterprises more clearly.
