Research On Organizational Structure Optimization Of W Group Based On Multi Project Management

The development of commercial real estate project management has been developing for many years.With the deepening of urbanization in China and the improvement of national living standard,the scale of commercial real estate operation market is increasing.The phenomenon of commercial real estate companies operating multiple commercial real estate projects at the same time is becoming more and more common.Multi project management requires more systematization of enterprise management,which also increases the difficulty of enterprise management.The scientific and rational management organization structure is one of the guarantee of the effective operation of the enterprise multi project management.However,some of the existing project management organizational structures are designed in the context of a small number of commercial real estate companies operating in the project.With the increasing number of commercial real estate enterprises running at the same time,and the long-term development strategy of enterprises,the traditional project management organization structure has not adapted to the needs of business management.In order to better adapt to the changing external environment,commercial real estate enterprises must carry out a certain organizational change and innovation.From the perspective of the current commercial real estate market,it is of great significance to provide a new organization mode for the multi trend of commercial real estate,which can effectively solve the plight of multi project management faced by commercial real estate companies.In this context,this paper studies the organizational structure model of W group from the perspective of multi project management.Based on the analysis of the theory of organization management under multi project management,this paper analyzes the current situation of W group's organizational structure,and finds out the existing problems of enterprise organization and management.And the W group SWOT analysis and multi project management requirements analysis,and formulate the W group multi project organizational structure design ideas.Then,combined with the actual situation of W group,it puts forward the corresponding organization structure optimization design plan and the corresponding multi project organization optimization guarantee measures,and carries out the expected effect analysis of the organizational structure optimization.I hope to improve the organization and management of W group,and also hope to provide guidance and reference for the same type of enterprises.
