Research On Conflict Management Among The Stakeholders In Equipment Supervision

CEC data show that the entire "12th Five-Year" period China’s power grid construction projects of investment will reach5trillion yuan of which the investment in equipment accounts for about60%-70%of the total investment. As China’s power construction investment has intensified, as an important part of the power construction projects, equipment, supervision of the role of increasingly prominent, and equipment projects is growing objective put forward higher requirements on the equipment supervision.Just like the other projects, Equipment supervision projects were born and grown along with the conflict. Modern technology of electric power construction projects and project management complexity of the increasingly high conflict situation becomes more complicated, influence on the smooth progress of the project is increasing. However, the current equipment supervision projects conflict management theory lags behind the real needs. Therefore, the necessary equipment, supervision projects conflict management theory and methods to study and explore.First, the author analyze of the characteristics and the objectives of the equipment supervision project and also the objective system of the project,and then stakeholders in their mutual relations, the type of conflict and the causes of conflict in-depth analysis.Second, the author analyze the theory of management objectives, equipment supervision project characteristics and objectives of the system, in-depth study of management by objectives in the equipment supervision project conflict, Youcheng transformer project as an example of the Commissioner of the empirical research to explore the equipment supervision and project stakeholder conflict management methods in the power equipment, supervision and project management application. The purpose of this study is that through the analysis of equipment supervision stakeholders conflict, the corresponding solutions to the electrical equipment industry management of the Commissioner of reference.
