The discussion of post-80s is still, however, post-90s has already boarded the workplace. Typical industry in the service industry-the hotel industry absorbs a large number of post-90s employees, so the problem of them is serious in the hotel industry. Now the most prominent post-90s problem in the hotel industry is high turnover rate. How to control the rate of the post-90s effectively and make them do well done of the hotel works become the common issue both hotels and academy.Scholars both at domestic and abroad have studied about the employee departure problem, their research areas are mostly concentrated in separation factors, impact and measures of the hotel employee turnover. But these studies are the general sense, the object of the study are not subdivided. Based on the practical problems in the hotel industry, I select post-90s employee of the hotel industry as research subjects, which makes research more focused. In this paper, use semi-structured interview research method which belongs to qualitative study as a basis of the article, based on the literature review and industry awareness, I prepare two interview outlines of post-90s staff and department heads to ensure that the interview object structure is reasonable and comprehensive, and in order to reduce the deviation of the study. I Select11post-90s employees and9department heads or Human Resources Managers as interviewees,which belong to seven star hotels (including6five-star hotels andl four-star hotel), in Jinan, Dongying, Zibo, and Yantai of Shandong Province. During interviews I record, collate, summarize the interview process and results, and extract the reasons for post-90s employees turnover frequently of hotel industry finally, which can provided a guarantee to solve this problem.According to the findings and revelation in the interviews, the author proposes a control strategy of post-90s employees turnover in hotel industry. The reasons for post-90s staff leaving partly are their own reasons, more importantly, attribute to the hotel enterprise and hotel industry, so it’s necessary to establish systematic measures to solve the problem of high turnover rate of post-90s employees. First, we should recognize and treat the post-90s phenomenon, and understand their work, life and emotional needs; Then, the hotels must improve their soft power to attract and retain them, in order to form a cohesive force in enterprise; Finally, hotels have to take individualized and targeted measures to manage them, thus can reduce the turnover rate of post-90s and solve the problem effectively.High turnover of s problem perhaps is not the most concerned problem of the hotel industry now, but more additional post-90s employees enter the industry, the problem is bound to become more serious and the influence on the normal operation of the hotel industry will be more important. So we need take a preventive measure to research in advance and identify the coping strategies in order to minimize the impact when the problem outbreaks, this is precisely the purpose of this study is located.
