This paper mainly analyses the relationship between emotional intelligence and turnover intention and mediation of job satisfaction to emotional intelligence and turnover intention.We at first consult and sort out the relative theories of emotional intelligence job satisfaction and turnover intention to confirm the definitions and typical theories laying a solid foundation for subsequent investigation.Secondly,we have an introduction to the design of this research which includes the definitions of each varieties, the construction of the theoretical model and research hypothesizes. And we carry out questionnaire mainly set up with emotional intelligence scale job satisfaction scale and turnover intention scale.Then,analyse the reliability,validity,factors,variances, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression of questionnaire data.The result comes out that demographic variables have an significant influence on the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and turnover intention differently.Threr are high reliability and validity in the three partial scales. We extract four factors of emotional intelligence (self-emotion appraisal, others’ emotion appraisal, use of emotion, regulation of emotion) and five factors of job satisfaction (enterprise image job itself, working rewards.working cooperation,leader).A significant positive correlation was observed between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction that factor of self-emotion appraisal has a significant correlationship with factors of job itself,working cooperation,that factor of others’ emotion appraisal has a significant correlationship with factors of job itself,working rewards,working cooperation, that factor of use of emotion has a significant correlationship with factors of the all five factors of job satisfaction.and that factors of regulation of emotion has a significant correlationship with factors of corporation image job itself.working cooperation,leader.There is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention.the higher job satisfaction is,the lower turnover intention is. A significant negative correlation was observed between emotional intelligence (especially the part of use of emotion)and turnover intention.In the process of emotional intelligence effecting turnover intention, job satisfaction has complete mediate effect.
