In Modern society, with the competition of the strategy level, enterprise competition become more sharply. With the sharpness of enterprise competition, more and more enterprise leaders pay more attention to human resource management which is the most important part in enterprise resources. Especially in manufacturing enterprise which is fiercely competed with each other, human resource management is the basic and foundation of work. The core part of human resource management is performance management which is the key of achieving the strategy purpose of the enterprise.F Company is founded in1974which is6C high-tech Group Company, specializing in Computer, Communication, Consumer-electronics, digital Content, Car parts, Channel. As a typical manufacturing enterprise, F company is from "F of manufacturing" to " F of technology" in the course of transition, manufacturing management staff will play the key role. How to design F Company’s Performance Management for Manufacturing Management Staff is imminent.The article do the deeply research and analyze the performance management of F Company with the methods of job interviews and performance management satisfaction questionnaire survey, summarizes the F Company performance management existed main problems and root cause analysis. Based on the F Company strategy, raised F Company target system, integrated balanced score card and KPI methods, establish indicator system. Design key performance indicators weight using AHP hierarchy analysis method in the four dimensions of the Balanced Score Card. Strengthen the performance management process improvement of manufacturing management Staff of F Company and support the implementation of safeguards and measures.Design the KPI system for manufacturing Management staff of F Company. Combined with Balance Scored Card, design the KPI system with the foundation of corporation strategy, including three levels, one of corporation performance indicators, the second of department performance indicators, the third of individual performance indicators of line and group leaders.Design the performance management flow and safeguards measures for manufacturing Management staff of F Company. Build performance management flow in the core of the KPI target system, including the performance plan, performance of the implementation, performance evaluation, performance feedback interview the four areas, match with the implementation of the application of the performance appraisal results, combined with career planning and education training, and support the implementation of safeguards measures.All in all, the article make good use of the theories of performance management, deeply analyze the mainly problems of performance management of manufacturing management staff of F Company and design the all-around solution with KPI method combined with Balance Scored Card. I hope that the research is not only of great benefit to F Company in order to promote the performance management, but also meaningful to other manufacturing enterprises.
