Job and staff design is the foundation of human resources planning, andthat whether the compilation of job is reasonable or not has a considerable impact on thecompany’s operating results and the strategic target. In view of the present propertycompany X having problems in the development of organization structure, businessprocess, and position settings and other unreasonable situations, this article judges outthat the current job and staff design is not suitable for the realization of this companystrategic, and determines to study job and staff design of X. The research on thisquestion is of great significance for the company’s human resources management andthe realization of strategic goals.This article first points out the current background of the development of theproperty management industry, and puts forward that why this paper does research onjob and staff design of human resources management.Second, it analysis and studiespresent situation of X company through field survey, staff interview, questionnairesurvey and other methods. At the result, it points out that the mode of the linear functioncan’t adapt to the development of the company in the structure of the organization, andnon-standard process system is difficult to meet the needs of the company’s internalsystem in business process, and due to the lack of scientific tools and methods, seriousvacancy and other problems exist in human resources. Then the X property company istrying to find out the solution in view of the above all sorts of problems. This paperpoints out the matrix organization, which fits for the company’s development, andmakes the core business process into standardization, and for job and staff design, itdesigns the positions and complement according to a project of the company.Finally, itreceives job description and complement,which matches with the companydevelopment.The last part, it mainly raises safeguard measures about the above designscheme or suggestions.Through a variety of methods, such as sample measurement method, the characteristics of X company property management positions and the reality arecombined so as to analyze the industry positions. Generally speaking, it also has certainreference significance for property management industry.
