Marketing channels is one of the core elements of the marketing operation system.It is the key of mobile enterprises competitioning advantages. Summing up the past rapid development10years of experience, mobile enterprises’ development of marketing channels support the market’s rapid expansion.Facing the change of customer needs and the increasingly fierce market competition, mobile enterprises want consolidating advantage,want supportting the development,the continuous optimization of marketing channels is always the important issue.In this article,Meishan mobile communication is the Specific example.We use the theory of marketing, in-depth analysis the rural marketing channels of Meishan mobile.We develop the rural marketing channels’optimization strategy of Meishan mobile,and underring the guidance of the optimization strategy,We plan the management optimization of the shop in every village,We plan configuring a staff in every town, We plan construction virtual office in every shop,and We also formulate the measure of risk prevention in the course of implementation..Through this research,We propse the optinization of the rural marketing channels of Meishan mobile communication.In addition,We expect that we can provid reference in the development of the rural market,and also expect that we can provid reference in the management of the active optimization of the marketing channels.
