Since Coordinate strategy launched in2004,CH Group layout actively in the fieldof high-end manufacturing, forming several flat panel display companies in industryfront-end technology, including the HO, the company focus on research anddevelopment of manufacturing the PDP, as well as HS, as the company aims tofollow-industry-leading technology, waiting to enter the OLED manufacturing. Today’sJapan and South Korea under the government support in the field of OLED areincreasing investment in the OLED that will become the third-generation displayinstead of the LCD. As the leading enterprises of the domestic appliance, CH carryingthe mission of home appliances breakthroughs in core technologies, and the layout ofthe OLED will be the future CH source of power. In this paper, a common method ofstrategic planning will be used to solve HS OLED development and strategic issues, tohelp the CH Group to strategic thinking in the field of OLED.The idea of writing this article is as follows:Firstly, external environmental analysis, AMOLED development will replace theexisting LCD products in the next five to ten years, an accurate grasp of industrydevelopments and found that the industry opportunities and threats.Secondly, from the point of view of the internal environment to identify theadvantages and disadvantages compared with industry peers. The HS, as the companyhas accumulated a certain industrial base, but compared with domestic counterparts, thepace of development is still a bit slow, much less compared to the first-class enterprisewith foreign Samsung SMD.Thirdly, through internal and external environment analysis to identify the HSwinning OLED breakthrough point is the rational combination of strategic business andemerging business strategy design. Strategic business is possible upcoming productionof the company, will bring a lot of the operational definition of cash flow. For the futureof the company, the focus of business required the accumulation of long-terminvestment business, is defined as emerging businesses. Then, the paper will design thedetails of strategic business and emerging business. Finally, on the basis of internal and external environmental analysis and strategicdesign, to extract the eight core competitiveness of the company’s future need to build,including a complete R&D and commercialization platform; grasp AM coretechnology; to master the core technology of OLED lighting; master product definitionability to achieve capacity; diversification of sales channels; sustained and stablefinancing capacity; excellent, stable personnel team; SAR management and incentives,and matching organizational structure. The paper will give the specific requirements tohow to build the eight core competitiveness, including the way of description of thespecific initiatives, objectives, and to complete the initiatives.
