By studying the factors that affects the implementation of ERP system, this research provides useful advice on ERP implementation, which will be valuable in enhancing an enterprise’s information lever and market competitiveness.Based on the review of previous studies, this research adds some new ideas by putting forward a model about factors that influences the success of ERP implementation. The influential factors consist of user factors, project factors and social factors based on ATM. In this research,82samples were used to analyze the relations of the variables by applying the Structural equation modeling method and the relations between these factors and variables. The conclusions are as follows:1."The will of using ERP","the quality of the ERP implementation project" and "the progress of the project" have direct and significant path influence on the success of ERP implementation.2."The support of top management" is the biggest factor that influences the success of ERP implementation among all the indirect factors. In the last part, the essay also provides some suggestions on strengthening the abilities and power of top management, enhancing the IT project management ability of enterprises and making better and more effective use of ERP system.
