Under the trend of continuous development of economic integration and globalization, today’s enterprises face with more opportunities and challenges. Increasingly fierce competition in today’s global market brings forward higher requirements to enterprises. In this competition, the winner will always be the one who seizes the latest information and advanced idea of management. Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) then becomes one of the most important arms in decision-making to gain the enterprises a leading position in the information war. ERP system improves the internal processes of an enterprise, integrates internal and external management information of an entire organization. While bringing the advanced management information to enterprises, the implementation of ERP also faces with enormous risks.Chongqing land Oil Company Limited in accordance with the requirements of successful on-line ERP system to facilitate the management of modern enterprises Company’s ERP system success on the line, what are the factors which played a key role and what measures other companies can learn from. By studying the factors that affects the implementation of ERP system, this research provides useful advice on ERP implementation, which will be valuable in enhancing an enterprise’s information lever and market competitiveness.Based on the review of previous studies, this research adds some new ideas by putting forward a model about factors that influences the success of ERP implementation. The influential factors consist of user factors, project factors and social factors based on ATM. In this research,82samples were used to analyze the relations of the variables by applying the Structural equation modeling method and the relations between these factors and variables. The conclusions are as follows:1."The will of using ERP","the quality of the ERP implementation project" and "the progress of the project" have direct and significant path influence on the success of ERP implementation.2."The support of top management" is the biggest factor that influences the success of ERP implementation among all the indirect factors. In the last part, the essay also provides some suggestions on strengthening the abilities and power of top management, enhancing the IT project management ability of enterprises and making better and more effective use of ERP system.
