Sensitive properties of dangerous goods flammable and explosive, the deterioration of the road traffic environment, involving the transport of dangerousgoods accidents has also increased per year, resulting in casualties, environmentaldamage and irreparable damages. This article hopes the reasonable control of safetyrisks, the scientific selection of effective safety path to frequency of occurrence ofaccidents, reduce accident disaster costs, as well as life, environment more completeprotection. The dangerous goods business in A company, logistics is a core part of its business, and are road distribution-based, is a dangerous field, so the optimization of logisticsmanagement, its a critical operations, the effectiveness of the final crucial core areas.Effective safety KPI management, the effective of the distribution, the choice of theoptimal path, conducive to the establishment to complete the safety evaluation system,to meet the needs of the marketing competition. The main purpose of this study is that the company logistics management problemsthrough data analysis, personnel management, scientific distribution, the path of thelogistic optimization. For current road conditions, more and more complex case of roadsafety risk evaluation and analysis, the final completion of reasonable distribution path, safety, rapid, economical LPG service of customers, to achieve a win-win situation. Itscontent is mainly divided into two parts: the fist part of the hazardous chemicalslogistics background, significance and relevance theories, as well as in the transportprocess of risk categories and evaluation path analysis. The second part on the basis of the first part of the study, combined with operationsituation of A company, and the safety of the logistics, transportation routes, warehousedistribution, inventory management, personnel safety in all aspects of the PerformanceManagement Optimization.
