A Research Into The Informatization Of Supply Chain Finance

The supply chain finance is a new type of financial service in which relevant participants such as financial institutions, supply chain member enterprises, logistics enterprises and e-commerce companies integrate the cash flow, logistics and information flow on their supply chains by information sharing and business cooperation so as to work out systematic financing arrangements according to the overall supply chain credit environment and real transactions. The performance of supply chain finance is of great importance for our country’s adjustment of present economic structure and transformation of the economic development mode. By solving the liquidity problem first and other ones later, it can improve the overall competitive advantages of industries’supply chains, provide new financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises, allow the banks to obtain new markets and promote the transformation and upgrade of logistics companies.With the in-depth development of the supply chain finance in China, its traditional operating mode is confronting more and more problems due to significantly increased business volume, innovative businesses and diversified business subjects. As an indispensable force advancing the current economy and society, the information technology is playing an important role in supply chain finance in terms of business support, risk management and channel expansion.On the basis of summarizing the basic theory of the supply chain finance, this paper has elaborated the basic concept, technical requirements, functional demands and implementation approaches of supply chain finance informatization, and also carried out an in-depth analysis on the main problems and their causes based on current achievements of our country. Finally, this paper has advised on the current problems in accordance with the trend of the supply chain finance and its informatization.This paper combines the supply chain finance with the information technology but mainly focuses on the analytical discussion of the application dimension, striving to provide the following phase of development of our country’s supply chain finance informatization with some theoretical and practical references.
