County economy is a significant form of regional economy. It is the regional economy with local characters based on the county administrative division with the predominance of the county government. With the development of the county economy in our country, county economy becomes the important pole of national economy, which is concerned by the society greatly. In recent years, the county economy of Hunan province has developed fast. It is the significant motive power to realize the "rich people and strong province" purpose of Hunan province. However, according to the investigation of the condition of Hunan county economy, we find that the county economy of Hunan is confronting with systematic obstacle. In order to improve the stable and fast development of county economy in Hunan, it is necessary for Hunan province to formulate relevant measures to overcome the obstacle of county economy system. Nevertheless, according to the analysis of domestic study theory and achievement, they cannot satisfy the demand to overcome the obstacle of county economy system. Therefore, the paper focuses on the research of obstacle of county economy system in Hunan. It will not only enrich the theory of county economy research, but also provide the real reference to overcome the obstacle of county economy system in Hunan.The primary research content of the paper is like the following. First, the conception of county economy is defined. Based on this, summarize the relevant theories of county economy development. Second, the advantage and disadvantage of the development of Hunan county economy are analyzed and the problem of obstacle of county economy system in Hunan is put forward. Third, three successful development patterns are introduced, including "Su Nan model" and "Zhujiang Model". Discuss and demonstrate their own characters, and then analyze and conclude the general experiences of these patterns, which will provide reference for the resolution of obstacle of county economy system in Hunan. Finally, the principles that should be adhered to for the development of county economy in Hunan are concluded and summarized. Based on this, deliberate actively on how to overcome the systematic problems. Elementary imagination and exploration of the countermeasures are made to remove the systematic obstacle.
