This thesis conducts an empirical study of employees self-control by based on the Chinesecultural background and modern management thought.The main contents include:①Employeeself-control structure;②Staff self-control related factors;③in different histological employeeson the demographic characteristics of self-control difference analysis;④the employeesself-control mode of operation. In this thesis, collecting data through interviews, literatureanalysis, survey research and behavioral science research methods. I issued a large number ofquestionnaires to enterprises in Tianjin, Shandong, Beijing and other provinces a total of430valid questionnaires. Processing the data by relation analysis, exploratory factor analysis,hierarchical regression analysis methods. The main conclusions drawn by the study include:First, employee self-control contains the nine areas. time management, self-awareness, senseof responsibility, emotional strategies, interpersonal maintain, internalized value targets,performance monitoring improvements, natural reward strategies and self-learning.Second,the task characteristics and organizational factors (task unconventional taskinterdependence task-oriented and task autonomy, organizational support organizationalinformation sharing,Individual self-esteem Proactive Personality) affect employees’ self control.Third, employee self-control content structure of the nine aspects has significant differencesbetween the histological variables.Four, employees self-control mode of operation covers time management, self-awareness,sense of responsibility, independent study of four aspects, the key factors of affecting the mode ofoperation are task of the regulatory, task results-oriented and task autonomy.Finally, the dissertation put forward some advices about enterprise management based on theconclusions and discussed the deficiencies in the research and some attentive problems in thefuture.
