Research On The Path Of Part-time Entrepreneurial Behavior Based On Grounded Theory

Part-time entrepreneurial risk is lower than full-time entrepreneurship,part-time entrepreneurs can transfer their income to business,with lower job conversion costs,so entrepreneurs to improve the economic level or to achieve self-motivation,parttime entrepreneurship has become an important way of starting a business.But in the development process also produced some problems.First,employees part-time business,making it spend less time and effort on the jobs,whether it will have a negative impact on their own work,whether the company's leadership to tolerate such a phenomenon;Second,the entrepreneur in the process of part-time entrepreneurship will face two roles,whether there will be conflict of roles and other issues.An important factor influencing entrepreneurial behavior is self-efficacy.Most of the previous academic research is aimed at full-time entrepreneurs,and analyzes the influence of entrepreneurs' self-efficacy on entrepreneurial behavior.The main purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between self-efficacy and part-time entrepreneurial choice under the premise of their own work,and to explore the impact of social network.This paper divides the self-efficacy into three dimensions:Relationship coordination efficiency,innovation efficiency and risk-taking efficiency.It tries to discuss the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial intention and part-time entrepreneurial choice behavior.By using the grounded theory methodology,the theoretical model is constructed by open coding,spindle coding and selective coding of the textual data obtained by the interview,and according to second-hand information on the theoretical model of saturation test.The results of qualitative research show that part-time entrepreneurial choice behavior is divided into two kinds,one is related part-time business,one is non-related part-time start-up;Part-time entrepreneur's risk-taking performance is relatively low compared to full-time entrepreneurs;Part-time entrepreneurial relationship between self-efficacy and full-time entrepreneurs are no different;part-time entrepreneurial innovation self-efficacy and full-time entrepreneurs are no difference;Social networks play an important role in the choice of entrepreneurial willingness and part-time entrepreneurial behavior.
