Since the reform and opening up, the private enterprises have become an important force in development of China’s economic. It is not only an outstanding contribution to the economic, while also providing huge employment platform to solve the employment problem of the considerable number of workers. However, in recent years, more and more labor disputes and "jump" labor remuneration event not only affects the improvement of the living standards of workers, but also is a serious threat to the development of private enterprise.This paper focuses on the labor remuneration of the initial distribution of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province.It conducts a study on the basis of analysis of the status quo of labor remuneration of private enterprises in Zhejiang, combined with the characteristics of the development of local private enterprises, and use a macroeconomic model to study the decision of the labor remuneration. There is six factors impacting the level of labor remuneration of Zhejiang private enterprises, including currency with the monopoly nature of the traditional technology, the entrepreneurial spirit of the entrepreneur, the endogenous financing aside, the social capital of these internal factors, as well as two external factors:vicious competition market environment and a higher exit cost.The research result shows that factors such as personal capacity, family heritage, social relations that the private enterprises’development relys on and the market environment in which financing channels are blocked and cut-throat market competition abounds both casue the high proportions of monopoly rents in income distribution. The most thorough way to increase labor income share is to help private enterprises accelerate developing steps and to change development pattern, so that private enterprises early development characteristics could be removed and production factors should be arranged under the modern corporation system.This article changes the object of study starting from the macro level to the regional micro-level,It based on general business to private enterprise, combined with private enterprises in the course of development and characteristics, to reconsider the impact of the initial distributiondeterminants of labor remuneration,The angle is more novel, more specific conclusions.
