Study On Shandong’s Wheat Production Warning System

Grain production is an important part of the national economy and the fluctuation will lead to thewhole of national economy’s fluctuation. Throughout the history of China’s grain productiondevelopment, judging from the past more than20years, the area of natural disasters are larger and thedamage to agriculture and grain production is more serious.Natural disasters are the most importantfactors lead to the fluctuations of grain production..Therefore, the study on grain production warningsystem can improve the ability of facing events and national grain safety.Shandong Province in theeastern part of China’s Huang-Huai winter wheat region, ecological and climatic conditions and soilconditions are especially suitable for the growth of wheat, is the largest province in China’s wheatproduction. However, the province occur natural disasters frequently in recent years, Shandong wheatproduction faces the unprecedented challenge. And the establishment of Shandong’s wheat productionwarning system can effectively to prevent huge losses.This paper studied and has realized the Shandong’s wheat production warning system, thespecifically research work as follows:In the first part, this paper through an analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreignresearch on grain’s warning systems, puts forward the research object, meaning, content, method andtechnical route.In the second part, this paper makes a literature review on the theory and technology involved inresearch,which build the theory and technology of this paper.In the third part, this paper makes a framework of Shandong’s wheat production warningsystem.it’s also provide the design of databases and functions.In the fourth part, this paper collected data related to wheat production in Shandong province onthe base of the system design, and using the SQL Server2005development database, and realizesimport and analy data; Shandong’s wheat production warning model had been builded, and using Javaas a programming language for Shandong wheat temperature, drought and dry-hot wind warning.In the fifth part, this system uses NetBeans IDE6.8to develop, and has realized the friendly useroperation page and stable system function.This paper realizes the data query and analysis of wheat production in Shandong province on thebases of Shandong’s wheat production data and the production’s condition. It provides a better guidanceof agricultural production in order to reduce disaster risk.
