Along with the global financial crisis intensifies, the survival of SMEs in China is facing unprecedented pressure, including Biotechnology Co., Ltd. B. The company must enhance its competitiveness to survive in this situation, and now it’s trying to gain more advantages on HR management by improving and perfecting its incentive rules.This article studies the incentive rules of Biotechnology Co., Ltd. B, tries to find out deficiencies and problems of the rules that is in use, and to reprogramme the rules by using Motivation Theory, literature method, case law and Questionnaire method. The reprogramming of incentive rules resets staff motivation model which includes emolument, training, equity incentive, career planning, etc, and suggestions to guarantee the rules will be effective. I wish that this article will be helpful on programming staff motivation and perfecting the system of Biotechnology Co., Ltd. B.This article will discuss in5parts. The incentive rules programmed in this article will guide Biotechnology Co., Ltd. B on its expanding, and comes to the conclusion that Biotechnology Co., Ltd. B should apply total compensation by the guarantee of system if it wants to have effective incentive rules.
