"Motivation" is a psychological term.The psychologist point out that all the behavior of human is caused by the motivation which is associated with it,.As one of the person’s state of mind, this incentive has the effect of reinforcement, promotion and stimulation for human’s behavior, which is known as "Motivation".Motivation mainly inspire the inner potential of people, incur our intelligence, mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of us. Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country has accumulated certain experience and formed a certain scale after years of development. However,with the continuous development of economic society,the competition between enterprises is becoming much more fiercely. The survival and development Small and medium-sized enterprise is facing great challenge. On the one hand, due to their short development history, there are many factors which restrict the enterprise’s sustainable development such as the low management level, the technical force is weak, talent shortage, market competition ability is not strong, the social service system not perfect and so on.At the same time,it gradually emerged blindly pursue pluralism, investment focus and other issues in the process of development.On the other hand,as the reason of Inadequate external demand, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises also is limited hardly, the pressure of enterprise’ is increasing.Accroding to analysis the status and role of small and medium-sized enterprise’s employees incentive mechanism, together with the present situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the analysis of the factors restricting the construction of enterprise incentive mechanism, this article analyses the development situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country and the development status of employees incentive mechanism, and targeted build employee incentive mechanism countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. First, enhancing the rationality of the compensation system; Second, to establish a scientific performance appraisal system; Third, adhere to the people-oriented, pay attention to the spiritual needs of employees; Fourth, the incentive mechanism institutionalization, enhance the system guarantee of incentive mechanism; Fifth, establish and improve the enterprise culture construction; Sixth, a variety of incentives should be combied.This article also explored in small and medium-sized enterprise employees incentive mechanism. Try to use different ideas and degrees, to incentive employees. Staff incentive mechanism reflects the interaction between incentive subject with incentive object through the systematic and rational system,It is the method of enterprise puts the ideal into reality. Analyzed from various degrees to study employee incentive problems.Through to analysis the research about employee motivation related concept and present situation of the the domestic famous scientists,to ragard the enterprise staff as the research object toestablish a scientific incentive mechanism.China’s economy in the profound reform unceasingly, has many subject to solve the problem of the special, incentive problem is one of the core problems,and is a problem that all enterprise managers must face and cheng to solve.Only to copy other countries or other enterprise’s incentive mechanism is not desirable.The small and medium-sized enterprise managers should learn effective research method for reference, be targeted to solve their practical problems, and strive for a breakthrough in terms of theory. We need a more in-depth study and analysis on the basis of previous research on the construcion of our country’s small and medium-sized enterprise employees incentive mechanism so as to achieve the purpose, and summarizes a set of suitable effective incentive mechanism for China’s small and medium-sized enterprises, to promote the vigorous development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.
