In terms of the overall effect, the progressive mode of the housing system reform has achieved comparatively obvious effects.Especially in the residents of the housing residents to improve housing conditions, change of idea, the housing distribution system reform, the real estate industry development as well as the housing finance system and multilevel housing supply system has achieved remarkable success.But because of the characteristics in China’s housing problems of long term, complexity and arduousness and especially the context of the continual economic transformation and upgrading and the gradual change in social structure, there still exist a lot of problems in the housing construction and development, which is the starting point for the research in this thesis. In terms of forms, the housing reform takes on lots of similarities to the economic system reform, The housing reform policy and the different stages of economic and social development to adapt, reform pace with our country in various stages of the development of the market economy system demands coincide with,which provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of China’s housing reform process with the economic system reform as the access point. China’s urban housing system reform policy has certain relevance and there are many common indicators, In the enjoyment of housing, housing affordability and market contribution rate, great comparability, which provides the basis for the housing reform performance assessment in different stages. According to the above research background and ideas, the thesis first reviews related studies home and abroad. Then it looks back on the process of China’s urban housing system reform, conducts a comprehensive performance assessment of the housing reform in different stages once more and objectively evaluates the effects of the housing reform. Finally, based on the experience of overseas housing reforms and the present situation of China’s housing reform, the thesis puts forward the target mode and policy suggestions for China’s future urban housing system reform. |
