Demand For Agricultural Products Supply Chain Model Under Uncertainty Is Studied

Consumer demand for personalized, diversification, dispersion of production, allthese matters make the objective requirements of supply chain of agricultural productstoward the causes of the demand uncertainty. In order to develop the agriculturalproduct logistics, which needs to integrate resources, building efficient supply chainmode of agricultural product, managing the fluid in the whole supply chain process.This paper analyses the demand uncertainty forms, sources, focusing on thedemand uncertainty on supply chain mode discusses the influence. This course ismainly from the uncertainty of demand on the logistics of the main level of organization,logistics activities of the integrated level two respects to undertake. Subsequently,analyzed four modes forming by the logistics of the main organization degree andlogistics activities of the comprehensive level of two dimensions of different stages ofdevelopment. Finally, I suggest the mode four is a better one.In the uncertain demand conditions, construction of agricultural products supplychain mode must have the integration and demand oriented guideline. So the supplychain mode of agricultural product will have a reasonable process and rapid response tomarket demand characteristics and the role of supermarket distribution center has beenemphasized. The implementation of supply chain model must be based on chainsupermarket and community franchise ‘traits and selecting appropriate distributionmode, ensuring to satisfy market demand in time. According to the supermarket scaleand the community shop franchise features, the paper points out their own suitabledistribution mode.This article elaborates the mechanism of modes from the dynamic mechanism,price mechanism, structure characteristics and the relation among node enterprise.Drawing the conclusion that the micro power of the mode is the relationship of right,responsibility and obligation. Furth more, analyzing process from the agriculturalproduct supply chain pattern process and business process to the process analysis. Usingthe SCOR model analysis of agricultural product supply chain basic flow pattern andflow management focus, the management point is the part of inventory production andmeeting the market demand with inventory.
