The Private Enterprise Harmonious Labor Relations In The New Period

With the future development of reforming and the constant expansion of private enterprises in scale, the non-public ownership economy has become the most important part of the national economy. Private enterprises, which have mushroomed in China since reforming and opening, have been playing an important part in socialist construction. The development course of private enterprises witnessed the three decades of reform and opening up, so to speak. While affirming the positive effect of the development of private enterprises and encouraging the rapid and sound development of private enterprises, we must pay close attention to the problem of industrial relations.The paper expounds and analyses the characteristics of Chinese private enterprises based on the theoretical foundation of harmonious industrial relations, then makes empirical analysis taking the case of private enterprises’industrial relations in Bozhou city by questionnaires and interviews to find out the problems in them, meanwhile probes into the cause of the problems, finally presents suggestions on establishing harmonious industrial relations for our private enterprises.This paper is divided into fife parts as follow:The first part, is the summery of the thesis. It mainly introduces the research background, its present research at home or abroad, the researches methods of this paper and the definition of related concepts, and finally points out the main innovation of this paper. The second part, It mainly illustrates the grounds and significance of establishing harmonious industrial relations for Chinese private enterprises. The third part is, It aims to have a basic knowledge of private enterprises’industrial relations in Bozhou city by questionnaires and interviews, to find out the problems in them, to probe into the cause of the problems and to present the corresponding solutions.
