Construction of harmonious industrial employee-employer relations is an integral part ofconstructing harmonious society, and it is also the key and difficult point of economicstructure adjustment in the transition period. At present, the employee-employer relations tendto be balanced, but several problems emerge with the advent of post-crisis era and theenhancement of laborers’ consciousness in safeguarding their legal rights.
