Supply chain management is one of the most important parts of engineeringproject management, it has a great effect on the photovoltaic project management.Since2010, PV enterprises have been entering a fierce macro competitiveenvironment. As a result, the profit of PV products has been reduced gradually by theprice war and involved in a competitive situation such as shorter productmanufacturing cycle, larger scale, lower price and faster globalization.This paper analyzed related application of supply chain management thought inthe PV project procurement of Xinjiang New Energy Co., LTD (hereinafter refers toXNY),. Based on many related domestic and foreign references, and started frombasic theoretical analysis to the detailed substantial use, related exploration is done byintegrating domestic and foreign cases.Facing with many decisions of procurement, production and outsourcing, PVenterprises must take the costs of equipment, transportation and inventory intoconsideration to explore an ideal strategy. Based on the study of XNY----one of thelargest PV system integrators in China, this article started from introducing thedevelopment of PV enterprises in China, analyzed the industry chain resources andconditions of XNY, and finally put forward a strategy for supply chain in PV projectsof XNY. |
