Human resource management is increasingly becoming an important foundation of theenterprise core competencies and competitive advantages, the core is performancemanagement, and the key to performance management is performance appraisal. Forenterprises, marketing is an important part of the staff team. Design and establish a scientificand reliable sales staff performance appraisal system, on the one hand, can reflect thedynamic development of corporate strategy, and to reflect the business goals of themanagement of the production and operation status indicators, reflects the sales staff growthand career development.HX sales department currently face of the tremendous changes in the businessenvironment, performance appraisal and pay system no longer meet the requirements of thedevelopment of enterprise environment, the company’s sales employees enthusiasm andcreativity and their potential constrained the company’s rapid development.In this paper, which contain seven chapters, devoted to details of the sales staffperformance appraisal system design process. First part outlined the background andsignificance of the performance appraisal; then expounded the theory of performancemanagement, introduces several major performance management methods and tools, such asthe balanced scorecard, KPI; HX sales department staff performance assessment of the statusquo to conduct a comprehensive analysis to identify the main problems in the salesassessment system; followed by the main content of this paper about the research componentof our sales staff performance appraisal system, and concludes with the performance appraisalsystem to implement security and predict the effect in conclusions and outlook.In the paper the design process, using a combination of literature analysis, marketresearch, information gathering, interviews and other research methods to design aperformance evaluation model suitable for the operation of HX sales system.
