With the continuous growth of China's shipping industry and ship transportation industry,ZC company in the industry's competition and pressure increased dramatically.The pressure comes not only from other manufacturers in the industry,but also from within the company.Mainly the management of the company's employees with the development of the company is gradually caused by negligence,especially responsible for the company's products after-sales service employees are often ignored,inadequate management.As we all know,after-sales service is the most direct hub connecting the market with the company,and the effect of its management greatly determines the credibility and profitability of the company's brand.Clear ZC company's current strategic objectives on the basis of combined with after-sales service staff's job responsibilities,is the development of performance indicators of an important basis and source.First of all,this paper starts with the original performance appraisal scheme to analyze,points out the problem of the existing appraisal scheme,and finds the cause of the problem through analysis.Then in the design of optimizing the performance appraisal scheme,starting from ZC 's strategic objectives,combining with the relevant theories of modern performance appraisal management at home and abroad,analyze and decompose the company's strategic objectives by using the tools of fish bone method,brainstorming method,balanced scorecard,etc.,and analyze it from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.To obtain the key performance indicators of after-sales service employees,and finally through the weighting of senior leaders and industry experts in the company,the weight ingress coefficient of key performance indicators is determined,and the new appraisal cycle and scoring principles are designed in the light of the automation department of ZC company.Through comprehensive analysis and optimization measures,we can fully and clearly see the key performance indicator sepsis appraisal process,index weight and results application of the basic level after-sales service employees,and finally,in order to ensure the smooth development of performance appraisal,designed a series of safeguard measures including assessment training,terms interpretation,middle and high-level support,etc.Systematic performance appraisal system can enable employees and enterprises to share the destiny and development.
