Studies On The Update Of Bench Land Price Based On The K-means Clustering Method

This article is based on the method of grid cells on50m×50m and K-means clustering method to explore and study.The mainly purpose of this article is for improving the shortage of land grading level and increase the degree of precision of the level. As the Yanling County, Zhuzhou City, The update of bench land price study to explore the region’s newer technologies routes and methods, and from the objective situation of the county to analyze the role and significance of research results. The main findings are as follows.1. The current commonly used methods for scientific research which is refer to the quality or price fctor to grade the land level. Analysis of these two methods with their respective advantages and defects. As the following conclusions:The land level is divided must be integrated into all aspects of the natural, economic and social factors,and land grading method should be selected according to the maturity of the local land market development2. This article is based on the method of grid cells on50m×50m by overlaying the space to calculate the land-level scores. Further improve the precise and scientific on land grading work.3. Use the method of K-means clustering method,the results is very clear and satisfactory. Score differences within the same level is small, and the score differences between the different levels of the more distinguished.4. Use of the Wilcoxon rank sum test to verify the level of land division results. As the following conclusions:the difference between the land level is more significant,and the result is reasonable.
