| The CO2and other greenhouse gas emissions lead to climate change, which is one of the most importantchallenges in the world today. It is an important way to meet climate change through forestry activitiesto increase forest carbon sequestration (slow down carbon emissions).Bamboo, as the important forestresource in our country, has significant contribution to increase forest carbon sequestration. Zhejiangprovince, as one of the main forest areas of the Southern Collective Forest Area, has rich bambooresource. This thesis takes Zhejiang province as the object and target of study, and analyzes the bamboocarbon sequestration supply potential within one life cycle under different circumstances; reveals hefactors that affecting the supply potential of bamboo forest carbon sequestration and provides thereference for government departments to make development policy of bamboo industry.Firstly, construct the production function model of bamboo wood. The bamboo wood production haspositive relevance with shady slope’s percentage, labor input and transportation fee; has negativerelevance with forest land area, gradient and business type factors. Different periods’ labor input hasdifferent influence on bamboo production; different periods’ chemical fertilizer input has big differentimpact on bamboo production.Secondly, according to the bamboo production function model, constructs the bamboo businessdecision-making theory model in Zhejiang province.Thirdly, construct the relationship function model between the bamboo wood production and biomasslive weight of over ground. On the basis of the bamboo business decision-making theory model inZhejiang province, under the carbon sequestration circumstance, introduce the carbon sequestrationearnings and carbon tax variable to construct the optimal bamboo business decision-making modelunder the carbon sequestration circumstance.Fourthly, through setting the stable circumstance, use the GAMS software tools to optimally analyze theoptimal bamboo business decision-making model in Zhejiang province under the carbon sequestrationcircumstance in order to get the optimal carbon sequestration supply quantity, the cost and benefit. Theresults show that the net profit is greater than the current profit of business model; the bamboo carbonsequestration supply quantity has positive relevance with carbon sequestration price and net benefit ofbamboo business cycle, has opposite relationship with bamboo wood production. The carbonsequestration supply quantity of households is higher than forestry centers; the forestry important areasare higher than non-forestry important areas; the business benefits of forestry centers are larger thanhouseholds; the forestry important areas are larger than non-forestry important areas.Fifthly, the analysis thinks that the carbon sequestration price, the labor cost and the business type is themain factors influencing the carbon sequestration supply, and proposes the policies and suggestions toenhance the bamboo carbon sequestration supply in Zhejiang province. For instance, strengthen thebamboo technology extension, and foster the bamboo carbon sequestration supply curve to move up. |
