Research On Horizontal Coordination Mechanism Of Multi-channel Port Logistics Services Based On Collaboration Between Port And Maritime Enterprises

The industrial transfer and promotion, led to the changes in the structure of the containersupply of goods. The volume growth has slowed down. Port enterprises have adopted manystrategies to attract source, such as the―anhydrous harbor‖,"port-port League", but the effectis not obvious. Therefore, the study of multiple channel port supply chain coordinationproblem has great economic significance, which can make the port enterprise become theimportant node in supply chain to attract more source. This paper, studies the horizontalchannel coordination problems by using the game theory and the incentive theory, analysishow to attract source for the port enterprises. The main innovation points as follows:(1) The author empirically analyzed the market of freight forward and the market of port,summarized two kinds for gathering cargo sources: the first way is the freightforward enterprise who is the driving force for gathering cargo sources; the secondway is the port services enterprise gather the cargo sources by themselves. Based onport price or shipping prices, the author studied the multi-channel for gathering cargosources port supply chain basic model, and analyzed its practical significance.(2) Based on the port logistics service supply chain, and port price as the main influencefactors, the author established multi-channel port supply chain demand informationsharing model. Based on the model, the author put forward to realize the demandinformation sharing condition, and also has carried on the example analysis, andpointed out the realistic guiding significance on information sharing.(3) Based on the port logistics service supply chain, and port price as the main influencefactors, the author established multi-channel port supply chain horizontalcoordination model. Based on the model, the author analyzed the channel conflict ofhorizontal coordination, at the same time studied and designed different customerstrategy and benefit sharing incentive coordination mechanism. Then, by analyzingthe examples pointed out its effectiveness, and also pointed out that in reality the portchannel coordination guidance.The research has enriched the multi-channel coordination theory of port supply chain, ithas important guiding significance to the port service enterprises’ management decision.
