In recent years, micro-enterprises play an important role in economic development, promoting employment and getting rid of poverty. so the state pay more attention to the micro-enterprise development, and introduced a new SME(Small and Medium Enterprises) program standards, distinguish micro-enterprise alone from small and medium-sized enterprises, focus on supporting the development of small micro-enterprises. At present, the studies of micro-enterprises in China are mainly concentrated in micro-entrepreneurship, financing and preferential policies, and only a few studies on the growth of micro-enterprises.This article refers to the theory and methods of the growth of SMEs, reviews and comments on the theory of business growth, and makes a profound analysis of the influencing factors of domestic and international growth of SMEs, combined with the characteristics of the micro-enterprises in china to raise the influencing factors of the micro-enterprises growth,and makes an empirical research to examine these factors,which affect the growth of micro-enterprise, so we can concluded the factors of the growth of micro-enterprises, and give some policy recommendations for China to promote the sustainable development of the micro-enterprises.On the basis of summing up the previous literature, and combined with the specific characteristics of the micro-enterprises in China, we have chosen the following factors to analyze China’s micro-enterprise growth,they are the level of information technology, product market conditions, the quality of human resources, external financing conditions, industry development and social environment.Through the empirical research, we found that the main factors affecting the growth of micro-enterprises in China are the information level of expenditure, the owners’ strategic vision and well-informed, industry scale changes. the level of IT is the most critical factor, only to grasp the advanced information and technology,we can ensure the long-term development of micro-enterprises.In addition, owners’ work experience,interpersonal relationships, and future planning can affect the growth of micro-enterprises, but this effect relationship is not significant; bank financing, policy support and the external environment will play a certain role in safeguarding the micro-enterprise development.
