Factors Influencing The Growth Of Small And Micro Enterprises And Countermeasures

Hangzhou city has a lot of small and micro enterprises.They occupy an important position in the national economy,but they also face many growth problems in recent years.Based on the questionnaire survey of local small and micro enterprises,and clarify the influencing factors and countermeasures of the growth of small and micro enterprises.This paper analyzes the influencing factors and countermeasures of the small and micro enterprises in the process of growing up by using the questionnaire as the research object in the small and micro enterprise of Hangzhou "small to large"enterprise database.In this paper,the article is divided into six chapters,and the use of literature research,questionnaire survey,empirical research and other factors on the growth of small and micro enterprises in Hangzhou to study the factors.First of all,define the concept of small and micro enterprises,and make sure the main object of research,the growth of the relevant theory,and content of the theory and so on;then combine with the questionnaire on the growth of small and micro enterprises in Hangzhou,analyze of related issues to more.Finally,based on the empirical research on the influencing factors of the growth of small and micro enterprises in Hangzhou,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the growth of small and micro enterprises in Hangzhou.
