Research On Influence Factors Of Small And Micro-enterprises Growth In Chongqing

Since the reform and opening up, with the strong pull of "three carriages" investment, exports, consumption, Chinese economy has been growing rapidly for about three decades. The 2008 world economic crisis declared the global economy goes into the "adjustment" and "excessiveness "economic slowdown period. Since 2010, China’s economic growth changes from high-speed to medium and high speed. At the same time, economy grows dynamical happening to change constitutionally; Chinese economic development has entered a "new normal", and shows different characteristics from the previous economic development. Firstly, in the background of "three periods superimposed", the speed of China’s economic development will be formally bid farewell to high growth and shift become medium and high growth. Secondly, the concept of economic development more and more to follow science and sustainable development law, and more inclined to the sustainable, comprehensive and green development. Thirdly, the mode of economic development transform from quantity expansion to quality improvement, the connotation is more comprehensive and the development is more scientific. Fourthly, a great deal of new engine for economic growth has appeared; technological innovation has been gradually employed to empower the economic development. Fifthly, the structure of economic development is frequently adjusted and optimized; the proportion of the added value of service industry in GDP the first time grew faster than secondary industry in 2013. Sixthly, stable economic growth and adjust the economic structure will become the main task of macro-control under China’s new normal. China’s new normal and new characteristics also set a new challenge for the development of enterprises.In recent years, small and micro enterprises in our country became the solid foundation on Chinese economy after continuous growing. The development of small and micro enterprises for such a big country with a large population like China has a significant impact, such as increasing employment opportunities, promoting the market free competition and reducing poverty effectively. But just at present situation, the small and micro enterprise development are greatly influenced by the market, the survival rate is not high. As the center of the economic development of west China, the small and micro enterprise development has become one of the most dynamic growth poles in Chongqing. They play an important role in accelerating economic growth, promoting technical innovations and easing employment tension, and have gradually become an important pillar of the rapid economic development in Chongqing. Although the government attaches great importance to the development of small and micro enterprises and have enacted a number of measures to ensure the growth of the small and micro enterprise since 2010, the development of small and micro enterprises in Chongqing is still limited by their own conditions and environment of economic development. The small and micro enterprise in Chongqing how to adapt to new normal to grow stronger and larger that is what we need to pay attention to.This paper takes the small and micro enterprises in Chongqing as the object, researches on the influencing factors of small and micro enterprise growth under China’s new normal through theoretical analysis and empirical study. And then, this paper studies the various factors affecting the development of small and micro enterprises in Chongqing on the basis of combing enterprise growth theory. Besides, this paper builds the index system of small and micro-enterprises growth, and puts forward 39 evaluation indexes such as entrepreneur ability, enterprise culture, enterprise strategic, marketing capability, and technology innovation ability and so on. According to related index, this paper design questionnaire for the small and micro enterprise operators in Chongqing. Through the investigation of 167 small and micro enterprise operators in Chongqing, this article has carried on the empirical analysis to the data for survey questionnaire using the SPSS 19.0. In addition, we draw nine important factors which influence the small and micro-enterprises growth. Finally, based on the former parts, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of the development of small and micro enterprise growth in Chongqing. The possible innovations of this paper are mainly the following three points. First is the research background, under China’s new normal this paper research on influence factors of small and micro-enterprises growth in Chongqing. Second is the research object is small and micro-enterprises. Third is the construction of the growth factors model of small and micro-enterprises.
