Development Mode Choice Of New Energy Auto Industry In Jilin Province

After several years of development, China’s new energy vehicles has initially formed a "three vertical and three horizontal" industrial structure, under the clear direction and goal of the industry development, new energy vehicles industry have chosen the applicable technical route and formed a complete industrial chain; In order to effectively solve the new energy vehicles public technical problems, many influential new energy vehicles research and development organization take the advantage of the alliance to improve themselves competitiveness.The "Twelveth Five Years Plan" period is a new era of our new energy vehicle industry of development, even the breakthrough period, both the state and the place made their clear industry development strategy. The new energy vehicle industry is a new industry spliting from the traditional auto industry, which is not only related to traditional automobile industry, but also include power battery, and motor and electronic industry, so the childish new energy vehicle industry has the feature of both the knowledge and technology intensive and capital intensive industry. Therefore, the prime enmergence is how to find out a suitable development model according to their own factor endowments to improve the new energy for their own the area, the development model can effectively organize the elements required by the new energy vehicle industry, finally speed up its technology innovation, promote the production scale and accelerate the process of the final product marketization.This paper aims to exlore this issue and to provide some thinking for new energy vehicles industry development modes. This paper puts forward three common industrial development models, and analyzed their way to influence of the industry; On the other hand, this article get the key elements which affecte the development of new energy vehicles industry through empirical; Finally, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, evalue the promoting effection of the three mode on the new energy vehicles industry elements, and select the optimal development model. Taking the new energy vehicle industry in Jilin province as an example, we can make the conclusion that this way to choice the fitable development model for the new energy vehicle industry is feasible.
