Research On Governmental Supporting Policy On Agriculture Products Sales

The sales of our agriculture products increased substantially since the twenty-first century.However, the food quality problems become more and more accompany with the situation of thatthe farmers cannot benefit from the sales of agriculture products. Now the most urgent problemwhich needs to be solved is how to improve the food safe quality for ensuring the human healthand life safety, how to enhance the international competitiveness by agriculture product sales,how to bring the benefits mostly to all the agricultural producers.The different governmental supporting policies in different agriculture product sales systemare analyzed in this essay, to suggest the effectiveness on the agriculture product sales brought bygovernmental supporting policies. During the research, the leading role of Chinese governmentalsupporting policies is found out on influencing the agriculture product sales by comparing thesurvey in Hubei district and foreign countries. In order to developing the agriculture and solvingthree farming problems, we should perfect the construction of agriculture product market andenhancing the ability for agriculture product sales.The government should invest more on agriculture products sales supporting to guaranteethe continuity of special finance usage for agricultural marketing infrastructure,the infrastructureincludes the construction of trade markets, logistics infrastructure, information technology andother aspects; secondly, the government should focus more on the agricultural science andtechnology to guarantee the cultivation on the specialized agriculture experts; thirdly, the law,regulation and rules should be finalized to guide the agricultural producers for right behaviors;fourthly, the key industry should be supported to lead the other industries related; fifthly, thedevelopment of agricultural cooperation organization should be promoted to provide thespecialized team for agricultural product sales; Sixthly, to provide tax, financial, credit, land useand other concessions for the import and export agricultural products enterprises, and rationaluse of the "green box" and "amber box" policies to protect our own agricultural development.
