Collective wage negotiation mechanism to protect the labor remuneration of workersand a normal wage increase to become an effective tool to build a harmonious laborrelations, and its positive role has become more prominent. Establishment ofcollective wage negotiation mechanism compatible with the market economic system,of great significance for the coordination of corporate labor relations and safeguardthe interests of both enterprises and workers.But on the whole, China’s collectivewage consultation system is still in its infancy, there are the problems and deficienciescan not be ignored.This article from the analysis of the status of collective wage consultation system,summarizes the relevant characteristics of collective wage consultation system: First,the special trade union identity; Second, excessive government intervention; Third,labor represents the interests of diversification. Issues related to the existence ofcollective wage consultation system, on the basis of foreign experience, improve ourcollective wage consultation system responses: first, improve relevant laws andregulations and collective bargaining for wages, and secondly, to nurture and developthe main body of the multi-level consultations, again, to strengthen the tripartiteconsultation mechanism of the main labor relations, and finally, to give full play togovernment regulation and control functions. To establish and improve our country’scollective wage consultation system in order to effectively protect the interests ofworkers, to achieve a win-win business interests and the interests of workers, in orderto build a harmonious labor relations.
