Base On Learning Curve Theory K Company Standard Time System Research

Although we have the name of "world factory", the researches about learning curve only at the start stage.Firstly, this article describe the research result and trends about time study and learning curve in the world, then use K Electronic company’s actual data about some operation stations and operators, through data analyses, summary, regress calculation to get learning rate about them, and draft the learning curve, and try to find the relationship between learning rate and operator individual factors, operation complex level and incentive, use the relationship to design dynamic standard time model to direct new operator training course.This article focus on operator training course, and take standard time system as main research object, considering the demand characteristic--high model mix and low volume, try to build a dynamic standard time model through find the effect factors of learning curve, define the direction of process fine-tune, the matching between operators and stations and proper incentive method, so as to enrich the standard time system and instruct the whole production management course.
